How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 6 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

If you would like a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Return Shipping Costs  

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), NOVA CART will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

  • For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
